"a space under construction, a performance in the making, a blind performer to disturb the senses and perception of the spectator".
Astronaut or returnee, like a clubber at dawn, the dancer exhausts this solitary trance and flirts with his physical limits, questioning his own integrity in an incisive, uncompromising chiaroscuro. The choreographic solo is approached as a dreamlike experiment rooted in a most formidable reality.
Huge, disproportionate space, fragments of imaginary spaces, utopias sealed in the body, invincible elsewhere, counter-worlds, an irremediable here....
" After all, isn't the dancer's body precisely a body dilated according to a whole space that is both interior and exterior to it?" asked Michel Foucault, inspiring this solo performance.
"a space under construction, a performance in the making, a blind performer to disturb the senses and perception of the spectator".
